Application Process

Step 1 - Submit your application form

Complete our application form and a short video introduction. This step is designed to help us get to know you beyond the CV - your motivation, vision, and the “edges” you potentially bring as a founder.

We look for signs of strong mission alignment with regenerative food systems, the grit and creativity needed to navigate early venture building, and the curiosity to learn in complexity.

Step 2 - Interview

If your application moves forward, you’ll be invited to complete two online assessments and join a 50-minute interview with our team.

Before the interview you do a digital Entrepreneurial Skills assessment and complete Personality & Founder Profile survey — which maps your working style, motivation, and how you might thrive in different venture contexts.

During the interview we’ll dive deeper into your motivation, past experiences, and journey so far. We’ll explore your ambitions, how you see your role in shaping a regenerative future, and your fit with both the program and the Fresh venture studio. This is also your chance to assess us, ask questions, and see if the program is right for you.

Step 3 - Invitation

After the interview stage, we’ll share our decision. We aim to bring together 25–30 participants for this cycle - people we believe can both contribute to and benefit from the program’s intensive, collaborative environment. If you’re invited to join:

  1. We’ll schedule a short online welcome meeting to introduce you to the team, answer your questions, and help you prepare.
  2. You’ll receive a program agreement outlining the terms and commitments.
  3. You’ll need to return the signed agreement within one week to confirm your place.

From there, you’ll get access to onboarding materials and the first steps to to prepare for the program.
