Over ten weeks, you'll follow a clear learning journey that combines live expert sessions, practical tools, and peer collaboration.
The course supports meaningful progress from wherever you start. It's grounded in Theory U, Otto Scharmer's framework for deep change and innovation, and mirrors the arc we use across our programmes.
You'll begin by deepening your understanding of the system and the challenge you care about (Immerse). As you move through the course, you'll reflect, spot patterns, and test early assumptions about your role, the system, and your potential impact (Attune). Throughout, you're encouraged to take small steps and apply your insights in practice. In the final phase, you gather what's working and shape it into a clearer direction, prototype, or next move (Initiate).
Each week includes a live expert led deep-dive session, self-paced learning & development materials spread over 4 core modules and peer-to-peer collaboration. Expect to spend around 6 hours per week, with the option to go deeper if your energy and context allow.

| Element | What you’ll get |
|---|---|
| Live (online) deep dive sessions | Around 2 hours every other Wednesday, with expert contributors from our ecosystem |
| Self-paced modules | Videos, readings, exercises, and tools on core topics |
| Peer-to-peer collaboration | 30 minutes - 1 hour/week in peer pods for feedback & sound boarding |
| Second Brain access | A growing database of systems maps, case studies, and ventures |

Whether you're just beginning to explore your place in the food system or already working on an idea, this course is built to move you forward. Through live sessions, peer support, and hands-on tools, you'll take practical steps toward what's next: testing ideas, mapping opportunities, and building momentum, wherever you start from.
Identify leverage points, map system dynamics, and engage with the barriers to transition, guided by practitioners already working on them. You'll explore key problem areas and approaches to systems innovation using tools like systems mapping and stakeholder analysis, and build a practical foundation for systems thinking and action.
You'll explore regeneration as both a concept and a practice. Reflect on what regeneration means to you, and clarify how your background, values, and skills align with meaningful change, so your contribution grows from a clear sense of purpose.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, researcher, creative, investor, or another committed professional, you'll join a diverse, international group of peers who are also exploring, building, and reshaping their work. The cohort is designed for feedback, idea testing, and acting as a sounding board for one another, so you're not just learning together but actively sharpening your thinking.
