Your Role as Impact Intern

As our Impact Intern, you'll support our mission through storytelling, community engagement, marketing and business development projects, and social impact research. You'll divide your time between remote work and hands-on field experience, gaining valuable insights into regenerative agriculture operations and impact-based work.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you'll support social media & marketing campaigns, assist in event planning & field education, and contribute to fundraising and outreach initiatives.

• Storytelling & Community Engagement: Develop educational materials including plot-specific information boards that communicate syntropic farming concepts to visitors and the community
• Product Development: Lead a project to develop packaging, branding, and sales funnel for a selection of our first harvest products, connecting our farming efforts to the market
• Marketing & Corporate Sponsorship: Support our corporate sponsorship strategy development, research potential partners, and contribute to social media campaigns
• Social Impact Research: Research and analyze how our farming activities affect local communities, conduct stakeholder interviews, and contribute to impact reports
• Field Experience: Participate in hands-on farm activities at our field locations once every two weeks, gaining practical exposure to syntropic farming methods
• Fundraising: Assist in writing grant application proposals
